Jeert Mia, a Noongar word meaning little bird.

Welcome to Jeert Mia. We are an Aboriginal owned and operated business based Katanning.
At Jeert Mia our services are many and varied which is why we’ve adopted this little bird as our totem.  We offer a range of Culturally focused services including Noongar Cultural Consultancy, bushfoods and catering services, an art space for local Aboriginal artists, artisans craftspeople.

Quandong

Stewed, dried or raw the quandong is one of Australia's most versatile bush foods. For thousands of years it has been a seasonal staple for the Noongar people, but this nutritional powerhouse is now finding it’s way into kitchens and restaurants around Australia.
